Here’s what will happen…
The first step is to determine if I am the appropriate coach for you. I’ll give you a sample coaching session, and we’ll have a conversation about what you would like as a result of our work together.
If we decide that we are a good coach/client match, we will schedule an intake session. This is where I get to know more who you are, more about your vision in the political arena, and build the foundation for our coaching relationship. (If we’re not a good match, I’ll refer you to another coach.)
After the intake we generally meet three times a month for half an hour by telephone always working towards your personal goals and objectives. I ask my clients for an initial three month commitment to coaching. Coaching with my clients is generally all done by telephone.
